Coaching, programs, and retreats for cultivating well‑being in midlife.
Perhaps you're here because...
Life is full and something is shifting.
Maybe you're navigating a transition or simply noticing changes in your energy, priorities, or what feels meaningful.
After years of tending to work, family, responsibilities, and the needs of others, you may be wondering what it would look like to make more room for yourself— for your well-being and for what you want more of in your life.
You want to feel healthier, calmer, more connected, more alive. And somewhere beneath the noise of everyday life, you sense something else may be asking for your attention.
You don't need all the answers. You need enough space to begin listening.
Welcome to Midlife Nourished
A nourished life isn't found. It's cultivated.
Midlife offers an invitation to become more intentional about what supports your well-being—and what you want to cultivate in this part of your life.
Midlife Nourished considers the whole landscape of your life:
Your inner landscape—your health, energy, thoughts, emotions, values, desires, and sense of self.
Your outer landscape—your time, relationships, work, responsibilities, surroundings, and the rhythms of your everyday life.
Being nourished is about paying attention to what supports your well-being within you and around you and making more room for it.

Hi, I'm Cydney.
For nearly two decades, I've coached women to make meaningful changes that support their well-being and the lives they want to cultivate.
My work brings together years of experience in coaching, health and well-being, teaching, and contemplative practice—with a grounded belief that meaningful change begins by paying attention to the whole person and the whole landscape of her life.
Reflections from women I've worked with
“I could immediately feel Cydney’s support and genuine care for my overall health. I felt nurtured on a very deep level that goes beyond the physical nutrition of the body. Cydney definitely has a way to make sure that your soul is fed, too. This made a ton of difference to me as a mom, entrepreneur and someone who is constantly on the go.” ~ J.J
"I absolutely love Cydney. She is encouraging, kind, very positive, and helps me celebrate the little wins/progress I’m making. She helps me talk through small life changes or baby steps that continue to increase my progress towards not only my weight loss goals, but that help me live a more balanced, healthier lifestyle. She is AMAZING and I wouldn’t want any other Coach to go through this journey with me!!" ~ Lynette
“I truly enjoy and appreciate our sessions together.
I find your skill and ability to reflect things back to me in a way that helps me reframe and feel more grounded and validated in my lived experience and expression across all the layers of my life has been quite nourishing.” ~ Julie
